Let’s break the cycle of negative overthinking – By Umar – Abbottabad, Pakistan 🇵🇰

I believe we live in a world filled with constant cognitive noise. We are hyper-connected digitally, yet deeply isolated emotionally. When our minds get cluttered, anxiety and stress pile up, and we stay stuck in place. Right now, mental health desperately needs a scalable solution.

In Pakistan, so many people are suffering in silence simply because they don’t know how to get a genuine boost for their psychological wellbeing. The existing options are often too small, clinical, or completely unknown to the public.

That’s why the Walks And Talks movement is vital here. It isn’t just about physical exercise; it’s an evidence-based protocol for mental clarity. Moving our bodies directly reduces stress and breaks the cycle of negative overthinking. When we synchronize our steps in nature, we lower our defenses and build authentic human connections.

As a WAT Ambassador, my mission is to fill this gap—bringing a structured, accessible approach to mental wellness into our communities and institutions.

Let’s change how we walk, so we can change how we see our lives. I’m ready to guide the way!
